Custom Virtual Classroom (2019)

I created a virtual classroom for my High School but focusing the exact needs of the students and teachers.
I worked on this project with other 2 co-workers and I was the development leader and the administrator of the project. We worked like DevOps, taking the development also in the side of the operations needed like QA, clean code and data analysis.

The first I did was to create a map of the site, along with the arquitecture of what should it look like and the functions involved into the action.
We worked with MS Project to administrate the project and the tasks we should be working on and the times.
We worked the code in GitHub, making branches and sending pull request that I checked to see if the changes were all right. Then, we started to create the site in SharePoint online using the tenant of the high school (Office 365 for Education A1).
We created full platform so students can comunicate with teacher, taking in count their needs. Working along with Azure AD we generated accounts for the students with some permissions so they could access the platform.

The web app was connected to Power BI so we could see real-time data of the platform like errors (we managed a catalogue of errors linked with the arquitecture to know where is the error when it happens) and the prefered files (we have a like functionality on the page).

In the QA side we worked on checking every single new funcionality we added to the page, checking the style, checking the standarization and many other important things to assure the platform was working all right.
We presented the project in many events including Expotec (CEDES Don Bosco fair) where we achieved a huge success, we were the first software development group in more than 10 years to win the principal price of the fair.
